We recently released Issue 6 of our Designer Favorites lookbook—filled with inspiring spaces and standout artwork. In this post, we’re spotlighting three of the featured designers and the pieces they’re currently loving from our collection. Take a look at their picks and see how art brings their spaces to life.
Dara Beitler (Dara Beitler Interiors)

Dara’s Favorite:
“The richness of color and masterful blending are captivating. The movement in “Rose 5″ delights my eyes, while the layering of mediums brings a sense of calm to my mind.”

Emilie Schiller (Home Methods)

Emilie’s Favorite:
“I love Benjamin’s work because of the colors and mixed media he uses; his pieces always have such depth and energy. Miss A Thing 7 is one of my favorites because of how the colors of the flowers complement the color of the background, and it’s such a modern take on a typical silhouette portraiture. Plus it’s huge, so it would make an amazing statement piece!”

Joe Ireland (J.D. Ireland Interior Architecture + Design)

Joe’s Favorite:
“When sourcing artwork for clients (or even for my own home!) I look for pieces that do more than decorate. I like when artwork complements the aesthetic of a space, but I LOVE when a piece has the power to transform an entire interior. Mersuka’s use of mixed media brings a depth and texture to a space that pulls the viewer in, creating an inviting atmosphere. Large-scale pieces like this one command attention and provide a focal point for a space while the vibrant, happy colors instantly lift the mood.”
