This Website is owned and operated by Renaissance Fine Arts/Merritt Gallery, a subsidiary of MeRa Galleries, Inc. together with its parent and affiliated companies, (the “Gallery” “we” or “our”). We understand that privacy and protection of your personal information is important to you. We have provided this Policy so that you may understand what information the Gallery gathers about you, how the Gallery uses it, and the safeguards the Gallery has in place to protect it. This privacy policy (this “Policy”) applies to Information collected through this Website, the artwork and related products (“Products”) and services (“Services”) you purchase, in-store communications or otherwise by the Gallery. By using this Website or purchasing Products or Services through this website, an advertisement, or linking from a third party site or any other communication, you consent to this Policy, including your consent to the Gallery’s use and disclosure of Information about you as required under applicable laws, all in the manner described below in this Policy.
